NICO Holdings Limited Plc has announced that it will host its 54th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 31st July 2024 in Blantyre.

The meeting will cover various business matters, including the receipt and consideration of the audited financial statements for the year ending 31st December 2023.

A key highlight of the AGM will be the declaration of a final dividend of K2,086 million, equivalent to K2 per share, based on the 2023 profits.

Upon approval, this final dividend will bring the total dividend for the year ended 31st December 2023 to K10,430 million, representing K10 per share.

The 2023 financial year proved to be highly successful for NICO Holdings, with a remarkable 60% increase in profit after tax, reaching K59.1 billion.

The company's revenue also saw a substantial rise of 39%, amounting to K282.1 billion.

Dividends experienced a significant increase of 66.7%, totaling K10,430 million for the year.

These impressive financial results underscore NICO Holdings' strong performance and commitment to delivering value to its shareholders.
