MALAWI INVESTMENT AND TRADE CENTRE (MITC) and the MALAWI EMBASSY IN BRUSSELS FACILITATE PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES WITH PLASTIC RECYCLING AFRICA The Malawi Investment and Trade Centre (MITC), in collaboration with the Malawi Embassy in Brussels, is excited to announce an opportunity for local enterprises to partner with Plastic Recycling Africa, a Dutch company specializing in PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) bottle recycling across Africa. Following a productive meeting between the Malawi Mission in Brussels and Plastic Recycling Africa, the investor has expressed interest in identifying a local enterprise to partner with. Plastic Recycling Africa currently operates in several African countries, including Mali, Zimbabwe, Burkina Faso, and Tanzania. The identified local partners should meet the following criteria: 1. Proficiency in English: Ability to communicate effectively in English. 2. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a proactive and innovative approach to business 3. Small to Medium Size: Small to middle-sized companies with the capacity for growth and development. 4. Transportation Experience: Experience in transportation logistics. 5. Investment Capacity: Able and willing to invest between 10,000 – 15,000 Euros. Interested local companies are encouraged to submit their business profiles for consideration. These profiles will be forwarded to Plastic Recycling Africa for review and selection of preferred partners.
